25 Starkindle  Boarding Camp Guidelines

< 캠프 비용 >

▶ 사전 납부금은 130만원입니다. 

     ㄴ등록금은 등록인당 10만원입니다. (환불불가)

     ㄴ예약금은 등록인당 120만원입니다. 

     ※ 등록금과 예약금을 아래 정보로 납부해주시면 최종 예약이 확정됩니다.

     ※ 온라인 등록폼 작성 후 5일 이내 예약금과 등록금 미납 시 사전예약은 취소될 수 있습니다.

▶ 잔금 납부기한은 2025년 06월 15일(일요일)까지입니다. (인보이스 내 납부기한을 표시해드립니다.)

     ※ 예약금 잔금 / 납입 계좌번호 : 「우리은행 1002-533-701547 임*상(스타킨들 주거래 계좌)」

     ※ 기간 내 미납시에는 각종 할인이 미적용 되니, 반드시 기간내에 예약금 및 잔금을 납부해주시기 바랍니다.

     ※ 계좌 송금 시 송금인명은 반드시 신청서상에 기재하신 송금인명과 동일하게 기재해주셔야합니다.

     ※ 예약이 최종 확정되면 5 영업일 내 입력하신 이메일로 인보이스를 발송드립니다.

         이후 절차에 대한 자세한 내용은 인보이스를 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

< Camp Fee >

▶ The advance payment is 1,300,000 KRW.

  - The registration fee is 100,000 KRW per student. (Non-refundable)
  - The deposit is 1,200,000 KRW per student.

    ※ Your reservation will be confirmed only after the registration fee and deposit have been paid to the account below.

      ※ If the deposit is not paid within 5 days after filling out the online registration form, the pre-booking may be canceled.

▶ The balance must be by May 30, 2025. (The deadline for the balance will be marked in the invoice.)

     ※ Payment account number: 「Woori Bank of Korea 1002-533-701547 임*상(Starkindle's primary transaction account)」 

     ※ Multiple discounts are not applied to applicant who didn’t make the payment within the period. Please make sure to pay the reservation and balance before the deadlines.

     ※ When transferring money to an account, you must put the same name as the sender on the application form.

     ※ Once your reservation is finalized, we will send you an invoice via email within 5 business days.

< 캠프 과정 >

▶ 캠프의 모든 과정들은 선착순 모집으로 조기 마감 될 수 있습니다.

▶ 캠프 기간 중 촬영한 활동 영상/사진 등은 당사 홍보 자료 제작을 위해 사용됩니다.

▶ 본 어학원에서는 별도의 단체보험을 가입하지 않습니다. 출국 전, '개인별 여행자 보험'을 가입하시길 추천드립니다.

< Camp Course >

▶ All courses in the camp can be closed early on a first-come, first-served basis.

▶ Activity videos/photos taken during the camp are used to produce promotional materials for our company.

▶ Our company does not have group insurance. Therefore, we recommend you sign up for individual traveler insurance before you leave the country.

< 환불 규정 >

▶ 기간에 의한 환불

     - 캠프 시작 전 80일 전까지 환불 요청 시 : 전액 환불

     - 캠프 시작 전 51일 ~79일 사이 환불 요청 시 : 등록금을 제외한 전액 환불

     - 캠프 시작 전 31일 ~ 50일 사이 환불 요청 시 : 등록금을 제외한  총 납입 금액의 50% 환불

     - 캠프 시작 전 30일내 환불 요청 시 : 환불 불가 및 적립 규정에 의거 적립 가능

     - 캠프 시작 후 환불 요청 시 : 환불 불가 및 적립 규정에 의거 적립 가능

< Refund Policy >

▶ Refund by period

     - If a refund is requested up to 80 days before the camp starts: A full refund will be issued.
- If a refund is requested 51 to 79 days before the camp starts: A full refund will be issued, excluding the registration fee.
- If a refund is requested 31 to 50 days before the camp starts: A 50% refund of the total amount paid will be issued, excluding the registration fee.
- If a refund is requested within 30 days before the camp starts: No refund will be issued. However, any unused amount may be credited to the customer’s account according to the credit policy.
- If a refund is requested after the camp has started: No refund will be issued. However, any unused amount may be credited to the customer’s account according to the credit policy.

< 적립 규정 >

▶ 기간에 의한 적립

   - 캠프 시작 1일 전~ 30일 사이 : 총 납입 금액의 50% 적립

   - 캠프 시작 후 : 남은 금액 모두 적립금으로 적립

▶ 질병에 의한 적립

   - 캠프 시작 전 학생 개인 질병/상해로 인한 입원 사유로 캠프 참여 불가 시 납입금액의 100% 적립 (학생 본인 입원진단서 필수 제출)

   - 캠프 시작 후 학생 개인 질병/상해로 인한 입원 및 직계 존비속 조사의 사유로 캠프 참여 불가시 잔여 교육비의 100% 적립 (학생 본인 입원 진단서 및 조사 증빙서류 필수 제출)   

▶ 코로나 대응

   - 말레이시아 입국일 기준 7일이내 학생 본인 및 보호자의 코로나 확진으로 입국이 불가할 경우 납입금액의 100% 적립 (진단서 및 항공 e-ticket 서류 필수 제출, 보호자는 가족에 한정하며 관련 증빙자료 필수 제출)

   - 말레이시아 입국 이후 또는 캠프 기간 중 학생 본인 및 보호자의 코로나 확진으로 캠프에 참여하지 못하는 경우 격리일에 해당하는 교육비 100% 적립

     (진단서 및 항공 e-ticket 서류 필수 제출, 보호자는 가족에 한정하며 관련 증빙자료 필수 제출)

▶ 적립금 활용

 - 적립된 금액은 아래와 같이 활용이 가능합니다.

   1. 스타킨들 영미권 원어민 1:1 화상영어 [맛집영어] 수강권 구매로 활용

   2. 차기 캠프 교육비로 활용

※ 신청서 제출시, 상기 안내 사항을 동의한 것으로 확인합니다.

< Rules for accumulation >

▶ Mileage Accumulation Policy

• From 1 to 30 days before the camp start date: 50% of the total payment will be credited as mileage.

• After the camp has started: The remaining amount will be fully credited as mileage (or credit) to the customer’s account.

▶ Mileage Accumulation Due to Illness

• Before the camp starts: If a student is unable to participate due to hospitalization caused by personal illness or injury, 100% of the payment will be credited (a hospitalization certificate in the student’s name must be submitted).

• After the camp starts: If a student is unable to continue due to hospitalization from personal illness/injury or due to the death of an immediate family member, 100% of the remaining tuition will be credited (a hospitalization certificate in the student’s name and supporting documents for bereavement are required)

▶ COVID-19 Policy

• If entry to Malaysia is not possible within 7 days before the scheduled entry date due to a COVID-19 diagnosis of the student or their guardian, 100% of the payment will be credited (a COVID-19 certificate and flight e-ticket are required; the guardian must be a family member, and proof of relationship must be submitted).

• If the student or guardian is diagnosed with COVID-19 after entering Malaysia or during the camp period, 100% of the tuition for the quarantine days will be credited (a COVID-19 certificate and flight e-ticket are required; the guardian must be a family member, and proof of relationship must be submitted).

▶ Use of Accumulated Mileage

The accumulated mileage can be used in the following ways:

1. To purchase a class pass for StarKindle's English-native 1:1 online speaking class [Matjip English]

2. As credit toward the next camp tuition fee

< 현금 영수증 규정 >

▶ 현금 영수증 신청용 연락처'에 연락처를 기입해주시지 않을 시 기본 연락처로 현금 영수증 처리가 됩니다.

▶  현금 영수증은 한화 (원) 으로 한국의 은행으로 입금해주실 경우에만 현금 영수증이 적용됩니다.

< Cash Receipt Policy >

▶ If you do not provide a contact number in the “Cash Receipt Request Contact” section, the receipt will be issued using the default contact information.

▶ Cash receipts are only applicable when the payment is made in Korean won (KRW) and transferred to a Korean bank account.
