[Starkindle X Trinidad Suites Hotel] Guidelines
< 안내 사항 >
▶ 숙박비는 예약 시 전액 납부 기준입니다.
▶ 환불 규정은 예약 후 ~’24.5월 14일까지 취소 시 납입 금액의 90% 환불되며, 5월 15일 이후부터는 납입 금액에 대한 환불이 불가합니다.
▶ 필요 서류: 숙박인원 전체 여권 사본을 제출해 주셔야 합니다. (서류 미제출 인원에게는 입실 및 출입이 제한될 수 있습니다)
▶ 납부 계좌번호 : [우리은행 1002-533-701547 임*상(스타킨들 Bypass 계좌)]
▶ 숙박예약과 관련하여 스타킨들은 고객 편의를 위한 단순 중계 대행(Bypass)의 역할만을 하고 있으며, 모든 관리 주체 및 책임은 연계해드리는 숙박 업체에 귀속되어 있습니다. 이에, 예약조건과 관련하여 당 어학원의 정책은 전혀 반영되지 않은 업체의 운영 정책임을 미리 안내드립니다.
▶ We kindly request that the accommodation fee be paid in full immediately after reservation to secure your booking.
▶ Please note that if you cancel before May 14, 2024, we will refund 90% of the payment. However, after May 15, 2024, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be possible.
▶ To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you provide us with copies of the passports of all guests who will be staying with us.

▶ With regards to the reservation, Starkindle Education Inc. is responsible for the bypass while all the administration and responsibility are vested in Trinidad Suites Hotel. Therefore, all the management policies are in accordance with Trinidad Suites Hotel's policy, which does not reflect the policies of Starkindle Education Inc.
